IMF Chief: Credit "earthquake" could lead to global recession

International Monetary Fund Managing Director Rodrigo Rato is worried that continuing credit-market problems could lead to a global recession. "Over the past few months, we have lived through an earthquake in the credit markets," Rato said. "Like most earthquakes, it has been distant for most people: something they have to read about in the newspapers."
