Aetna, Microsoft create Internet storage for users

Insurance provider Aetna is teaming with Microsoft to create an Internet-based storage site, HealthVault, where users can keep medical records that can be accessed even if their jobs or health plans change. Customers will have control over their own data and can choose what to upload and who has access to it.
