Analysis: 55 cases of pilots not fully extending wing flaps since 2000

Although warning horns normally sound to alert pilots of any errors in order to avoid an incident, a USA TODAY analysis of government data found that from 2000 to the present, pilots reported 55 cases in which they attempted to take off without properly extending wing flaps.
