NTSB: No localizer or approach lights in ATL taxiway landing

NTSB investigators say approach lights and "localizer" instruments were off Monday morning when a Delta Air Lines jet landed on a taxiway at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Yellow lights were illuminated on Runway 27R, a source tells CNN, as were blue lights along the taxiway where the 767 landed. The taxiway was deserted at 6:05 a.m., and no injuries were reported in the incident.
