Reid says he may support public option that lets states opt out

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says he may be willing to support a government-run insurance program that lets states choose to opt out of it. Reporting on how health care proposals are developing behind the scenes, The Wall Street Journal's Janet Adamy says in a video report that lawmakers are considering making the language about penalties on employers who fail to provide insurance more strict and their benefits more defined than the language that came out of the Senate Finance Committee.
