Becoming a teacher leader in technology

Veteran educator Patrick Ledesma suggests several steps that teachers should take to be instructional leaders in technology, rather than simply technicians using technology. He recommends teachers catalog their strengths, work with administrators and understand the procedures to follow when they need assistance. Ledesma also suggests teachers know the strengths and needs of their school and focus on professional training that develops leadership instead of taking skills training.
