Opponents of President Barack Obama's health care law said it would drive companies to shift workers from full time to part time, but there's little evidence to suggest that's happening. The number of part-time workers increased rapidly in 2008, well before enactment of the law, but has been declining steadily as a percentage of the total workforce since 2010.
