Chef Alex Atala brings taste of Brazil to New York City

Chef Alex Atala of D.O.M. restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil, brought unique flavors from his home country to New York City to prepare a dinner for the annual Wine & Food Festival. Despite canceled flights and the logistics of bringing Brazilian ingredients into the U.S., Atala presented a five-course dinner which included a dessert of ravioli stuffed with banana infused with lime and Amazonian priprioca root.
