Custom software has allowed a home builder in Branford, Conn., to achieve efficiency in projects while attending to preferences of clients, according to this article. The "Project Framework" software was created by E.M. Rose Builders using IBM Lotus Notes. The company uses it to manage contracts, documents and other parts of residential projects. The technology gives E.M. Rose employees more time to talk with clients and apply past experiences to present projects.
