FDA awards $1.6M for development of scoliosis device

SpineForm will receive $1.6 million from the FDA to support the development of its HemiBridge System, which can be used to treat patients with idiopathic scoliosis. SpineForm is one of 15 grant awardees under the FDA's Orphan Products Grants Program, and the only device-maker among the recipients.
