IBM to show off its federal cloud innovations with D.C. center

IBM plans to open a Federal Cloud Innovation Center in Washington, D.C., that will demonstrate its cloud offerings for government environments. IBM recently won a five-year, $30 million General Services Administration contract to manage packaged goods, and it was chosen to compete for a $1 billion Interior Department contract.
