Mass. town, surety to select new contractor for school project

Officials in Sutton, Mass., will work with a surety to choose a new contractor to finish a school-construction project after voting last week to remove the current contractor. The $42 million project has faced delays over such issues as subcontractors saying they weren't being paid. State Rep. Ryan Fattman has asked the attorney general to open an investigation into the contractor's dealings with municipalities including Sutton.
