N.C. university creates environmental-policy degree program

Students who want to take their interest in environmental science and apply it to a public-policy career can do so at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, which now offers a two-year master's degree program in coastal and ocean policy. "We have strong marine science programs at the university," program director Mark Imperial said. "We had a unique niche, a unique opportunity, to deliver the degree."
