N.J. city council delays vote on $600M, 3-tower project

A $240 million, 54-story tower could break ground by year-end in Jersey City, N.J. The tower would be the first for a $600 million, three-tower project proposed by KRE Group, which says the company would improve infrastructure as necessary. The City Council has delayed a vote on a tax-incentive package to make it presentable to a finance board.
