N.J. school board considers new restrictions on peanuts

School-board members in a New Jersey district have altered a proposed policy banning peanuts to make it more restrictive. Under a previous version, students in kindergarten through third grade would have been prevented from bringing foods containing tree nuts to school. Now, officials are considering a complete ban on nuts for kindergarten through eighth-grade students.
