Skydiving helped me go green, says Iron Mountain CSR chief

Former skydiving instructor Samantha Joseph now works as director of corporate responsibility and sustainability at Iron Mountain, and she credits her parachuting days for making her a green leader. Joseph traveled the world teaching skydiving classes, and that experience motivated her to find a meaningful corporate job. "After traveling for six months a year in developing countries, I saw firsthand how much need there is in the world. That experience changes you," she says.
