U.K. universities need to expand networking, business skills, prof says

A key factor in helping the U.K. close the gap on IT and business skills is for universities to expand courses beyond computer science, Karl Flinders writes. "Graduates in the U.K. cannot just rely on the technical skills of programming. They have to become much more focused on the networking and business skills required to succeed," said Adrian David Cheok, a professor at City University in London.
