A Nokia official says he feels that new content is the key to capturing more of the mobile Internet market. "We are looking as a company as to how to facilitate and participate in creating content that is actually relevant for the consumers in emerging markets," Kai Oistamo, head of Nokia's mobile-phone division, said.
