Study delves into CFOs' views on travel cost management

A recently published report called "Cost Control and Beyond" found that fewer than two in five chief financial officers are satisfied with the cost savings resulting from corporate travel programs. The report, published in collaboration with Amadeus, said that CFOs want corporate travel managers to balance quality service with expense reductions. For example, 75% of CFOs said travel managers should improve their relationships with suppliers to increase savings.
