Nestle gains under Bulcke's leadership

Paul Bulcke, CEO of Nestle, is not well-known to the public, but under his leadership the company posted a 4.1% sales gain for the first nine months of 2010. He makes decisions carefully, based on data, and has met changing consumer needs by launching products at lower price points, reducing sugar and salt in existing products, and introducing products with a health focus.
