DISH Network earns upgrade from Moody's

Moody's Investors Service last week upgraded DISH Network's bond ratings to Ba2 and Ba1, citing DISH's strong cash flow and a positive outcome in the settlement of DISH's patent dispute with TiVo. DISH, which holds a "stable" outlook from Moody's, remains below investment grade, although the rating service noted that the satellite provider's subscriber base has remained relatively steady.
