Honey is sweet business for Naperville, Ill., hotel's chef-beekeeper

Sean Curry, the executive chef at the Chicago Marriott Naperville in Naperville, Ill., has added hotel-grown honey to the menu. The chef has been keeping bees and producing honey from four hives on the hotel's rooftop. Restaurant patrons can sample a piece of the hive's honeycomb on their cheese board.
