Philly employers take different paths to reach wellness goal

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy and Campus Apartments in Philadelphia both happily told employees their annual increase in health insurance premiums would be zero, thanks to the success of their wellness programs. The employers reached the goal using different methods, with the Academy offering a voluntary program and the student housing company linking financial incentives to wellness participation.
