Uncertainty holds back U.S. economy, Greenspan says

The U.S. economy will remain in a slump until there is less uncertainty about several key issues, particularly tax rates, said former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan. The economy won't pick up "until the uncertainty comes down," he said.
