Facing possible closure, City College of San Francisco outlines plans

If the City College of San Francisco loses accreditation and closes next year, 21 Bay Area community colleges have agreed to enroll its students, according to a new report by the school's administrators. If the college, which has about 80,000 students and 2,000 employees, closes next July, the report says staff and faculty will be notified by the state-mandated deadline of March 15. "All CCSF faculty and staff contracts will be respected, followed and honored to the extent possible," the report states.
