Fluffy, Fido to get fancy on Halloween

U.S. pet owners will spend about $330 million on costumes for their pets this Halloween, according to a National Retail Federation survey. It's a small but growing part of the holiday budget, retailers say. "We're seeing a lot of costumes based on popular-culture movies, like superheroes or pop stars like Katy Perry and Madonna. It's become a trend for people to dress the whole family in costumes, even the pets," Party City spokeswoman Julia Darrenkamp said.
