Illinois lawmakers met Wednesday to discuss expanded gambling in the state, but continue to face issues including a tight legislative schedule and a history of rejected gambling proposals -- Gov. Pat Quinn has vetoed two bills in the past. State Rep. Rita said Wednesday he would work with the board to rewrite the bill's language.
