Target will begin offering in-store pickup options for online orders of about 35,000 different products at all of its stores in November, after testing the program in Minneapolis earlier this month. Chains including Best Buy, Sears, Staples and Wal-Mart also offer the perk, which was pioneered by Circuit City nearly a decade ago.
