U.K. imaging centers to receive $56M for cancer research

Cancer Research UK and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council will be giving more than $56 million over five years to four U.K. cancer imaging centers to develop new imaging technologies for clinical cancer research. Each will serve as a base for world-class research using techniques such as MRI, ultrasound and PET imaging.
