Minnesota Group Posts NAEP Questions On Web Site

A Minnesota citizen's group that objects to federal testing has published the questions to the National Assessment of Educational Progress test on the Internet. Although the NAEP acknowledges the incident is the most serious breach of security in its history, it is confident educators and students won't use the questions to foil the system.
