Details of Katrina, Rita damage emerge

As officials gauge the destruction the Gulf Coast region following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, details are emerging on the extent of the damage. Louisiana officials say wind damage was greatest to buildings four stories and taller; wood buildings just one or two stories had the worst flooding damage.
