Analyst: Newspapers to improve by 2012

Major newspapers should see a turnaround in their earnings in 2012, but their margins will not reach the blockbuster level of the 1990s, according to Paul Ginocchio, an analyst with Deutsche Bank Securities. "We never had margins like that before -- and they're not coming back," Ginocchio said this week at the Inland Press Association's annual meeting in Chicago.
