Anne Arundel County should approve the zoning for a slots casino in Arundel Mills Mall, writes Dan Rodricks, columnist and talk show host. This is the site selected by developer David Cordish for a $1 billion casino because around 14 million people visit the mall each year. "Maryland has to do something to draw gamblers who have far more choices than they did just 10 years ago," writes Rodricks.
