Obama promotes small-business initiatives

President Barack Obama touted his administration's contributions to small business, including $1.4 billion in new loans, during a stop in Rhode Island. "When our small businesses don't do well, then America doesn't do well," Obama said, hailing a local company that has recently been able to hire back laid-off workers.
