Rooftop gardens to grow on clinic facility in Monroe, Wis.

Monroe Clinic's Northwest Addition in Monroe, Wis., will soon feature three green roofs as part of the institution's plan to provide healing and therapy to their patients as well as to help the environment. A nursery in Spring Lake, Mich., already began to cultivate drought-tolerant plants such as sedum, euphorbia and allium into a roofing material, and once complete, a landscaping company will install it on top of the building next summer.
