Can chains reverse sinking seafood sales?

Seafood sales at restaurants have been declining since 2008, according to NPD Group. Eateries have an opportunity to turn it around by appealing to health-conscious consumers with lighter seafood meals and using fish dishes as a way to introduce new sauces and seasonings, says Captain D's marketing executive Monte Jump.
