Restaurants scare up spirit ideas for Halloween

Many restaurants are launching spirit-based promotions to lure customers on Halloween, which this year falls on a Monday. Station 4 in Washington, D.C., will sell a True Blood Martini, made with raspberry liqueur and served with a rim of red sugar; 606 Congress in Boston is offering a Bloody Mary variation called Ghost of Mary.
