Anti-body scanner activist publishes report on TSA

The Transportation Security Administration believed that terror groups presented little threat to civil aviation as of 2011, according to a report released by Jonathan Corbett, a Miami-based opponent of body scanners. The report also states that full-body scanners might not be needed to stop terror attacks on airplanes.
