Are your customers smarter than your staffers?

A new study finds that more than 60% of retail managers say their customers know more about their products than their associates -- that's up from about 50% just three years ago. "The fact is it's unsustainable for your customers to be smarter about your business than your employees," writes Michael Hinshaw, managing director at MCorp Consulting.
