How solar energy helps Wal-Mart save money

Wal-Mart operates 150 solar installations and plans to generate or procure 7 billion kilowatt-hours of renewable energy a year by 2020. The company's green-energy plan is designed to be self-sustaining, and last year alone the retailer saved $2 million by generating solar energy.
