Survey explores staff motivation through the ages

According to the Ceridian Pulse of Talent Survey, about 47% of respondents say rewards are the most important thing that engages them. In addition to compensation, other rewards include paid time off and free food. When it comes to reasons for work, baby boomers are working to stay mentally sharp, while Gen Xers are more motivated by good benefits and salary.
