Misaddressed e-mail turns private venting into public scandal

When superintendent Kathleen P. Farrell accidentally forwarded an e-mail in which she vented personal frustrations about some school staff to one of her critics, she started a firestorm of controversy that made her private annoyance a very public one. "I can tell you this is my first experience like this, and it will certainly be my last," Farrell said. "When personal frustration is overwhelming, bite your tongue harder."
