Palin outlines McCain's special education policies

Gov. Sarah Palin on Friday pledged that, if elected, Sen. John McCain would extend vouchers to all children with special needs. In her first policy speech before a roomful of children with disabilities and their parents, she also vowed McCain would fully fund special education.
