Liver fat may be good indicator of health problems

Obesity researchers said study data showed liver fat may be a better indicator of health problems than belly fat. They said people with fatty livers produce more triglycerides, which can raise the risk of heart disease, and are more likely to be resistant to the action of their own insulin, which can lead to diabetes.
