Many race tracks are struggling across U.S.

Horse-racing tracks across the U.S. are struggling to break even on live races. "The tracks that have got the marriages and partnerships with gaming and racing are doing a little bit better than the tracks that don't," said Tino Rieger, executive director of the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission. Some tracks work to make up the revenue shortfall through simulcasts.
