The staff at the Vicksburg Municipal Airport in Vicksburg, Miss., continues to work out of a prefabricated office while the airport terminal undergoes renovation. The gutted terminal has been under renovation since 2008 because the city decided to use its own maintenance staff to complete the work. "If we can get a crew out there on a consistent basis, I would say that project can be completed in two months, maybe a little more," said Mayor Paul Winfield. "It just hasn't been a top priority."
