Westfield is said to be selling Stratford City stake

Westfield Group might be selling its stake in London's Stratford City shopping center for $1.2 billion. British fund manager Henderson Global Investors is the reported buyer. The retail center forms the gateway to the 2012 Olympics and its value is expected to be significantly revised upward once the construction is complete. If Westfield sold it now, it would be selling at cost, A-REIT analyst David Lloyd says.
