Why small business won't find much credit at a credit union

Credit unions got a big infusion of federal cash to encourage small-business lending, but most will still be reluctant to serve the small-business market, Anita Campbell writes. By law, a credit union's business lending may not exceed 12.5% of its total assets, and until that cap is raised, most business owners will go away empty-handed, she writes.
