Insurance costs are a mystery to many consumers, study finds

A survey shows that while four-fifths of respondents say they can pick health plans better than their employers can, just 47% of them know what they pay for insurance. A third of the people surveyed by Kelton Research knew their annual deductibles, and about 20% knew how much the insurance cost their employers.
