With Twitter, chefs expand kitchen access

Chefs are using Twitter to provide photos of food and behind-the-scenes insights, and food lovers are using it to send real-time reviews and photos. Chef Chris Cosentino of San Francisco's Incanto restaurant has more than 100,000 followers and recently tweeted a regular customer with a message only he could see, about a special of raw pork.
